Sadhana Triya Vinyasa

Sadhana Tria Yoga is your conscious discipline. This class weaves the purifying and uplifting vibration of Mantra to bring you into your practise and away from the external, sweeping into a dynamic Flow (Vinyasa), building the physical and mental stamina needed to achieve centered Handstands and armbalances. Commit to the union of voice, body, and breath on the path to self-mastery. Culminating in Meditation to unite the practise. This class is strong, but there is always a variation for all.

Superflow Beach Yoga for Charity

25th September 7pm East Runton (Meet in East Runton car park)

This Summer I’ve partnered with Feel Good Norfolk and Lions Den to bring you a restorative evening of movement and fresh sea air and bring the OutThere Community a surf-inspired vinyasa flow right on the sand.

  • 6:30 PM: Meet the crew at East Runton Car Park. We’ll head down to the beach together.

Don’t rush off after – OutThere is all about getting out there, trying new things and meeting new people, so you’re welcome to stick around with us afterwards, hopefully we’ll light a fire, get cozy and watch the sun go down and the moon rise as we transition from summer to autumn. An opportunity to toast marshmallows, and sit in whatever the elements bring.

You’re welcome to bring soup in a flask, fluffy socks, jumpers and blankets, anything that helps you feel cozy and comfortable.

25th September 7PM

What you need to know:

  • What to bring: A yoga mat or a big beach towel, plus some warm layers for afterwards.
  • Weather check: If the weather is too rainy on the day, we’ll get in touch to rearrange the location.
  • Cost & Accessibility
We want to make sure cost is never a barrier to our events. Thanks to the support of Feel Good Norfolk and funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we are able to offer this event on a Pay What You Can basis.
  • If you can afford to pay: The suggested price is £12. Every penny goes back to OutThere CIC to help us organise more events in the future.

FAQ’s

We don’t have a car park. But there is on street parking nearby, or various car parks nearby. Just check the signs and payments before you leave your car.

If you have your own mat please do bring it, it’s always nicer to practise on your own mat, however we have a few if you have forgotten.

We have a huge range of classes on our schedule, some are suited to beginners more than others, so it’s worth giving the class descriptions a read.

We have quarterly Beginners Yoga Workshops too, so head to our Workshops page to see when our next one is running.

However do drop us an email and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Please arrive early, there are NO late entries, the doors open 15 minutes before a class and will close promptly on class start time. Please have hushed voices once in the Studio (Shala)

Comfy clothes you can move around in/ aren’t too restrictive. Perhaps layers in the winter months so you have the option to layer up again for the end of class.

A water bottle, is likely the only thing you’ll need. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it with you. But we do have some you can borrow.

We ask that you take your shoes off in the entry hall (no shoes in the studio please).

Then we have a cloak room for your bags and coats opposite the studio.
