NYC has the feel of a boutique private members club; welcoming, intimate, and polished—but everyone’s invited and treated like a VIP.

Located on Ber Street in the heart of the city, our warm and welcoming space offers yoga in Norwich for every body, every age, and every level.

From Dynamic Vinyasa, Grounding Hatha, Relaxing Yin to Sport Support, Mental Awareness and WellBeing Workshops, our diverse classes and passionate, knowledgeable teachers, makes NYC THE place to practise.

  • Great classes! The studio is great; spacious, lit and quiet; but conveniently located to fit in with a chilled morning in town. Tess is lovely: clear instructions. Challenging but permissive to do it in your own pace. There is always nice quite music. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a smile.

  • A nice studio, Tess is great, her newly qualified teachers are, well, you'd be shocked that they haven't been teaching for years. I've done mainly the Hatha classes to get back into it, I have attended a mind-body breath class and also a Slow Flow Vinyasa class. Each has been just what I wanted and needed. The other people attending have been the right level of friendliness (in an atmosphere where you seek calm), and the room has never been too packed out (it's nice to outstretch your arms and not encroach on each other's space).
